1. Shower or bathe frequently :

Dirty, greasy hair and stinky, sweaty skin are some of the things that won’t let you look or feel naturally beautiful. Make sure you shower or bathe on a regular basis, such as every day (morning and night). Wash your body and face to remove dirt, sweat, oil, and body odor. shampoo and condition your hair as well, using products formulated specifically for your hair type.

You don’t have to wash your hair every single day—you can simply rinse it and skip the shampoo every other time you shower to help preserve your hair’s natural oils. Don’t forget to apply deodorant and body spray after showering!

2. Skin care :

Applying moisturizer after your shower will help keep your skin supple, soft, and glowing. Choose a lotion formulated for your skin type, and avoid using anything with heavy perfumes or harsh chemicals, which can dry out your skin. Look for products with humectants like glycerin, occlusives such as lanolin, and emollients like lauric acid.

Get regular manicures and pedicures in a salon or at home, trim and file them regularly to keep them short and smooth. Exfoliate your hands and feet to remove dead, dry skin, then apply a moisturizer after drying them off.

3. Healthy eating and water :

Eating healthy food will help the skin glow and looks beautiful naturally. Eat lots of proteins (chicken and fish) , eat foods with antioxidants (Blueberries,Nuts,Organic green tea), Eat organic foods (Fruits, veggies).

Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Drinking plenty of water allows your body to flush out toxins. It will also help you achieve healthy hair and skin with a radiant glow.

4. Limit your sun exposure :

Too much sun will damage your skin. Wear your sunglasses with UV protection, and use zinc or titanium dioxide sunscreen. Sunscreen can prevent wrinkles as well as sun damage that could lead to cancer. You can also wear light-colored, lightweight clothing outdoors and a wide-brimmed hat with sunglasses.

5. Soft and smooth lips :

Keep your lips soft, smooth and kissable by gently massaging your lips every evening with your toothbrush for a couple of minutes (or use a ‘sugar+honey’ scab instead); then rinse and apply Shea butter (your natural moisturizer) on your lips. You can also use a lip balm that has sunscreen in it to protect your lips.

6. Regular exercise :

Regular exercise increases the circulation of blood, oxygen and nutrients and releases toxins through sweat, which leads to clearer, firmer skin. Exercising also releases endorphins, all of which will give you a healthy glow.

7. Sleep for 7-8 hours every night :

A good night’s sleep goes hand-in-hand with how you look and feel. It’s crucial because your skin rejuvenates and repairs itself mostly while you are asleep.A full night’s rest will keep your skin looking great, and can help prevent wrinkles.

By doing this, you will have a glowing complexion, less of those dreaded dark circles under your eyes and you’ll slow down your aging process. The skin produces new collagen when you sleep.

8. Quit alcohol and cigarettes

Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes doesn’t do our skin any favours. Smoking allows a staggering 4000 toxic substances into the body during every puff, and too much alcohol causes skin to dry out and eyes to become puffy – not the best start for boosting your natural beauty. Quit smoking, and only drink in moderation to improve your skin’s elasticity and reduce puffy eyes. This is a sure-fire way to make you look younger and more beautiful.

9. Strengthen your hair :

It’s important to take a good care of your hair and keep your hair color close to natural. If you use certain “extreme” hair colors, such as blue, pink or green, it can emphasise all little imperfections on your face and draw attention to them.
Try to keep your hair in great condition by using right hair care products that are suitable for your hair type, and do hair masks and oil treatments regularly.

By eating protein-rich foods we can reinforce the keratin in our hair to make it healthier and stronger. It’s not all about what you put on your hair, but what you put in your body too. Dietician Dawn Jackson explains that “the foundation of all our new hair, skin, and nail growth is in the nutrients we eat”, so it’s a good idea to boost the natural protein in your hair by eating protein-rich foods such as eggs, nuts, seeds, shellfish and meat for stronger, healthier locks. Nothing can be more beautiful than silky and shiny locks.

10. Smile and love yourself :

A smile is a beautiful thing! Smiling at people attracts them to you, and also helps you feel happier. Thinking good thoughts and maintaining positive thoughts and intentions will truly make you more beautiful. Sadness wears on us, physically as well as emotionally.

Conclusion - As Audrey Hepburn once said: “The prettiest girl is the happiest one!” Smile every time you look in the mirror, smile to people you see on the street and, in general, let smile be your favorite accessory – you will see how the whole world will start smiling back at you!

Love yourself unconditionally. Accept yourself fully and completely. Love the way you look with or without makeup, because you are truly unique and beautiful. Remember that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made by God !
